The Stores in Jumbo Airport Story fulfill the basic role of being one of the main sources of income for the player apart from the sale of flight tickets, these structures range from food establishments ranging from bistros and cafés to stores selling souvenirs and books. In addition, the game also features special structures where visitors to the airport can use flight simulation machines and massage chairs. Some of these stores can be unlocked upon fulfillment of specific requirements with visitors either through a loan to visitors or alternatively by satisfying Special Trips members.

The player can enhance its effects through the equipping of “Booster Items” which can be obtained from the Wairobot store. These types of items include the incorporation of devices such as “High Speed Register” and “Contactless Payment Machine” that help to increase the popularity stats within the facilities used. In addition to special Charms that can increase the Satisfaction stats as well as the Store Prices.
