In order to set different Amenities or Facilities, first you have to research, unlock and use Areas. These delimit the space for different items and also have different designs.

If a zone is not directly connected to the entrance, visitors will not be able to get there. You can connect them by building Walkways. Move Facilities is also located in the "Area" menu, however, you cannot move Areas once you've set them. You can only delete them and place them again. This option is only for Facilities and Amenities.
If you delete an Area, every amenity and facility will be removed and, if there were any animals, they will leave. Also you'll have to pay again if you want to rebuild the zone.
Types of Areas
As the game progresses different areas are researched, unlocked and usable. The type of Area sometimes determines the type of facilities or amenities you can use in said space.
