Each player has their own Personality, and it cannot be changed. Its effects can be viewed under "Personal Training"/"Change Skills".

	Panicker	Often wastes unique chances.
	Perfect Pitcher	Pitch Speed and Control improve faster.

	Smiler	More EXP from games.
	Underdog	Powers up when team is losing.
	Wrestler	HP and Slugging improve faster.

Note: At the start of the game, you won't get all the personalities right off the bat (forgive the pun). Leader might be the norm since its job is to boost the abilities for the whole team. If you want to max out your experience, Smiler is well recommended. Anyway, try out different personalities at the start. Then try more personalities with New Game Plus, like using Perfect Pitcher to make getting outs easier, or Underdog when your team is losing. However, there's only two personalities to avoid: Airhead, because you'll struggle with defense, and Panicker, which might make you lose when least expected. Despite their skills, they may cause you to lose close to the end of a game, so watch out for those two!
