"Several different kinds of facilities can be place around town. When resident's use them, they'll contribute money or points, and their stats might increase too. Store-Type facilites earn you Gold, and can also employ residents. Decorative and natural facilities can increase the value or popularity of the area they're place in and make residents happier. Transport facilities will attract tourists and new residents, even if there's nowhere in town for them to work."
| Stat | Description |

| Rank | This affects the upper limit of other stats. Can be increased used items. |
| Value | The overall strenght of the facility and the value of the land it's placed on. Can be increased using items or by placing fictures with good compatibility nearby |
| Popularity | This affects how much money a facility earns, as well as how much residents' Happiness increases when they use it. |
| Confort | This only applies to housing facilities. It affects whether residents will want to move in and wether you can rebuild. |
| Level | This affects how much a facility costs to use, employees' salaries, spree chance and more. |
| Satisfaction | This affects how much experience a facility earns. The exact amount may be different depending on the stats of your residents. |
| Spree chance | this refers to how likely residents are to buy lots of stuff from a facility all at once. |
| Gifts | Residents purchase them, and put them to use at home, which may increase their stats. Gifts may also include pets and vehicles. |
