I tried my best to reach 5 star studio by the end of the game and barely make it in time. I wonder if there is any strategy to get on the top 10 chart by 20 years. I eventually got in the top 10 after year 30.
My strategy is to build more aura triggering facility instead of money generating facility. This way you can easily won many awards, clear more task and unlocks studios. Cycle the producing staff, and add aura bonus to their skills. In the early game aura is better than stats. Spends points more on skills, i only use training to earn money when necessary. And only build 1 studio. Although you have more studio and make more movies, auras will be harder to trigger. You will get more money but not quality content.
