Player's personality can increase their or their teammates' stats in battle. Whilst hobby determine how many residents with similar hobby can be allowed.
Personality
You can choose one from six different personality traits. This will affect bonus stats for your character and your teammates.

|
Your entire battle team gains a 3% bonus to all stats in battle.

| Charismatic
|
Heroes of the opposite sex gain a 5% bonus to all stats in battle.

| Glutton
|
All heroes gain a 10% bonus to HP in battle.

| Level-headed
|
All heroes gain a 10% bonus to defense in battle.
|
| Clumsy
|
All heroes gain a 10% bonus to power in battle.

| Lone Wolf
|
The hero with this trait gains a 25% bonus to all stats in battle.

Hobby
Eight hobbies are divided to four categories, which is essential to speed up activities, from building (Manual Labor), farming, fishing, and mining.
