Ramen (The Ramen Sensei)

To make Ramen, two components are needed: noodles and soup. Players are initially given several variations of both components, and as the game progresses, more will become available. Toppings are added as the last step in Ramen production.
However, to make the best quality dishes, players need to create their soups and noodles from scratch. Already crafted components that are bought from Pumpkin generally have lower stats and limited type availability. Using base materials to make soups and noodles from scratch also allows players to tailor dishes to certain customers' tastes and allows for customization.
Flours and Kansui
Flours and Kansui have levels and XP. As they level, their stats will grow. Flours and Kansui only get XP when the noodles that were made with them get used to create Ramen. Just creating the noodles will not give these Ingredients XP.
Both Ingredients share the same stats for making noodles, which are as follows:
- Flavor : Flavor of the noodles.
- Firm : Firmness of the noodles.
- Win Rate : Determines the chance that each lottery slot will be a positive slot. (Contain Positive Point).
- Bonus Var : Determine the maximum and minimum point a lottery slot can have.
After choosing a Flour and Kansui (optional but highly recommended), the initial 4 stats of the noodles are generated from the combined stats of both Ingredients. After that, players can customize their noodles' shape and moisture level. This is generally used to create a batch of noodles that match a customer's preference. These customization may increase/decrease the noodles' stats.
At the start of creating noodles, the game will generate 20 random lottery slots, which may contain positive or negative points. The chance of the game to generate each positive slot is determined by Win Rate stat. The higher the Win Rate, the higher chance that the slot will be positive. The max (or min) amount of point each slot may have is determined by the Bonus Var stat.
After all 20 slots are generated, the game will randomly pick 4 of them. The points from these slots will be totaled, and then added to both the Flavor and Firm values of the noodles. Any final stats that go into the negatives will be reverted to 0 instead.
- Note : Stats listed are the stats from max level Ingredients.
Soup
As with noodles, Pumpkin will sell all Ingredients to make soup for making ramen. As the game progresses, more soup Ingredients will be available to the player. Initially, players can only make soup with 4 Ingredients. As the game progresses, players will unlock the ability to add additional Ingredients when making soup, up to the maximum of 8.
The ability to add more Ingredients is unlocked via the rank bonus feature, and is unlocked at Rank 8, 16, 27, and 40 respectively. The first two extra Ingredients can be unlocked by spending 2 rank bonus points each, while the last two can be unlocked by spending 3 rank bonus points each.
Each soup Ingredient has XP and a level. As they level up, their stats will grow. Just as with noodles , soup Ingredients only gain XP after the soup made with them are used to create Ramen.
Soup Ingredients have 8 values that can determine the resulting Soup's stats.
- Shoyu, Miso, Tonko, Salt (Shio) : The stat with the highest value determines the final type of soup produced.
In the case there is a tie for the highest value, the soup type will be determined in the order of Shoyu, Miso, Tonko, Shio, where Shoyu is highest priority and Shio is lowest priority. - Seafood, Umami, Aroma, Strength : These stats will determine the final stats of the resulting soup. Generally, the best soups are balanced.
- Note : Stats listed are from max level Ingredients

Basic Ramen Compatibility
Compatibility comes in 4 levels: Best, Good, Normal, and Bad. Better compatibility will give larger stat bonuses when making Ramen.
This table is a simple guide for people who want to make compatible ramen by themselves, sorted by Shoyu, Miso, Tonko, Salt (Shio).
For Moisture Level, Dry represents all dryness levels from "a bit dry" to "driest". Likewise, Moist represents all moistness levels from "a bit moist" to "moistest".
Premade is the premade noodles that can be bought from Pumpkin instead of making them from scratch. There are a total of 20 premade noodles.
Customer(s) is a list of customer(s) that has the soup and noodles combination as their favorite.
Abura Soba, Tsukemen, and Chilled Ramen
At rank 16, the permit to cook these dishes will appear. This dishes are not technically ramen, but similar enough they can be produced with many of the same Ingredients. You can prepare them with the same soups and noodles that are used for Ramen, and add the same Toppings.
