Overwiew

At the beggining of their 3rd year, Students will choose their carreer path. Successfully achieving their desire carreer depends on their grades, two stats and their attitude. There are 72 distinct carreer paths; most can be unlocked via Student request and some can be unlocked by scouts on practice matches.

Student counseling to modify attitude or carreer path can be changed using culture points. Attributes can be upped by using Items.

At the end of their 3rd year, students will attempt to achieve their selected carreer path, success will depend on their grades, attribute levels and job compatibility. The school will receive 3% of the combined salaries of achieved carreers.
