Skills are actions automatically imployed by residents and enemies during battle. Times Used is the number of times a skill can be used per battle. Duration is how long the ability lasts once used, or how often it will trigger.

For residents, skills gain levels as the resident gains levels. When a resident is taught a skill through a Skill Book item, that skill is set to level 1 and the resident must gain levels to raise the skill.

Power Strike When a melee weapon is equipped, Attack is increased by 20% Every 4 sec
Power Strike 2 When a melee weapon is equipped, Attack is increased by 20% Every 3 sec
Power Strike 3 When a melee weapon is equipped, Attack is increased by 20% Every 2 sec
Power Shot When a ranged weapon is equipped, Attack is increased by 20% Every 4 sec
Power Shot 2 When a ranged weapon is equipped, Attack is increased by 20% Every 3 sec
Power Shot 3 When a ranged weapon is equipped, Attack is increased by 20% Every 2 sec
Recovery 1 When health is 1/2 or less, recover 30 of your total Health 0 sec
Recovery 2 2 When health is 1/2 or less, recover 30 of your total Health 0 sec
Recovery 3 3 When health is 1/2 or less, recover 30 of your total Health 0 sec
Heal Ally 1 When an ally's health is 1/2 or less, heal them for 20 of their total Health 0 sec
Heal Ally 2 2 When an ally's health is 1/2 or less, heal them for 20 of their total Health 0 sec
Heal Ally 3 3 When an ally's health is 1/2 or less, heal them for 20 of their total Health 0 sec
Sharpshooter When a ranged weapon is equipped, make an attack one square outside your range Every 4 sec
Sharpshooter 2 When a ranged weapon is equipped, make an attack one square outside your range Every 3 sec
Sharpshooter 3 When a ranged weapon is equipped, make an attack one square outside your range Every 2 sec
Guard 1 When health is 1/2 or less, guard against enemy attacks 5 sec
Guard 2 1 When health is 1/2 or less, guard against enemy attacks 6 sec
Guard 3 1 When health is 1/2 or less, guard against enemy attacks 7 sec
