The Staff in TV Studio Story fulfills different functions in the game such as writing the scripts, editing the recordings and managing the production of the shows. Players can recruit different staff with a total of 6 methods. Hired staff can be trained and leveled up to improve stats.

The key stats for each employee are Ideas, Taste, Edit and Talent, having a good number of the right skills can help increase the quality of the show as well as if the employee in charge of a key part of the production of the program has an aura, allowing their attempts at improving the show to be more effective.
