Each visitor has a maximum amount of income that can be used in the airport facilities, this income may increase after increasing the satisfaction levels of visitors, which may lead them to spend more at the airport.
Another key factor is that each visitor will have a certain level of stamina that will be consumed after performing various activities, so it is necessary to create comfortable seating around the airport so that they can partially recover this stamina. Additionally, the player can create Nap Rooms that can be rented in some cases for visitors who spend nights at the airport.
In the event that visitor satisfaction levels are met, there is a possibility that new requests will be submitted. A key mechanic for further advancement in the game is the completion of requests that require a basic investment of money in order to unlock new structures in addition to new demographics. Additionally, visitors will from time to time give gifts to the player in facilities that they have previously used, these gifts may contain items, research points and even money.
Visitors have certain tastes and preferences according to their demographics, which can help the player to organize specific events at the airport.
Special Visitors
A special guest has arrived at the airport in a private helicopter.
During the course of the game, the player will be able to make requests that involve inviting a special visitor to the airport, who will book a private helicopter flight to arrive.
These special visitors have a satisfaction bar that must be filled during their journey at the airport by using the available facilities, additionally the airport must have a good atmosphere, which can be improved by investing in decorations and vegetation around the facilities. By successfully completing the request, the player can be rewarded with special items as well as new facilities at the airport.
Special Trips
Maintaining a good atmosphere at the airport, as well as the continuous improvement of existing aircraft, can help meet the group expectations when organizing special trips.
The player has the possibility to host special trips for certain groups in order to unlock new facilities and special items for the airport, for this it is necessary to set aside a special flight for this group where the plane has an appropriate comfort, additionally before leaving the members of this group will visit the airport, the player can select a specific point and recommend where the members of the group should go.
Generally the groups have 5 members, each of them have 100 satisfaction points, which are accumulated after the use of the facilities as well as the airport's scenery and the comfort of the airplane they use. If the player succeeds in reaching an optimal amount of overall satisfaction, they can get a special reward, usually a facility that is popular with the demographics of the trip group.

Each time a fair is held the number of visitors to the airport will increase so much that there are queues of visitors waiting at the airport entrance in the morning, at the end of the fair the 3 selected visitors will be asked about their overall experience in the event.
