Coaches (Pocket League Story)

Coaches affect players' experience points from practicing, and the research points (RP) gained after a match. The better a coach's stats, the more research points you get after matches.

You begin your game with Coach Bearz E. There are a total of 25 coaches in total that you can eventually choose from. You can only change coaches once a year, in the middle of the 3rd week of every 12th month. Once you hire that coach, each coach knows a formation that you gain permanent access to.

At 12M3W, instead of hiring a new coach, you have the option of renewing your current coach's contract. Renewing a contract will raise a coach's level, salary, and associated RP, and a coach's max level is 9.

Note that learned formations, unlocked coaches, and raised levels all carry over to new games, as long as you fulfill the normal requirements (get them before the "end game" of 8Y4M).

Practice Strategy

Policy	Description	Tips

Team Practice	All of the team members will practice on the field.	Select this when you want to get experience points.
Use Facilities	Our players will practice with the facilities on the grounds.	Use this when you want to get a lot of Research Points.
