Between matches, your players may use facilities. You can build up to 7 facilities (14 once you expand your field). As your players use facilities, you gain money and research points.
In a new save, you have a unique facility already built called is the Office, which you cannot remove.
When you build new facilities, you can initially only choose from the Parking Lot, the Running Track, and the Gift Shop. However, new facilities become available as your team gains ranks or as you do the fan activity "Team Facil."

- About Efficacy - Not to be confused with Efficiency.
Note that the "Player Efficacy" column refers to the aura mechanic. Specifically, as players train at these facilities, they build their aura. How quickly the aura builds up depends on the player efficacy of the facility (Low = slow, High = fast).

Research Points
When your players use facilities, you earn Research Points (RP). You can use RP to train players, bargain with sponsors, or arrange fan activities. They are pretty helpful - an ample supply is needed to woo every sponsor and complete every fan activity. You can spend an endless supply in training. It is an excellent strategy to fill up your facility, level your favorite facilities, and have your coach's strategy set to "Use Facilities" rather than "Player's Choice" or "Team Practice."
If you want to remove a facility to build a different one, click on the facility you wish to remove and then click on the button that says "Remove" from the lower left-hand corner of the screen. Remember that you cannot remove the Office.

Maintenance Cost v Usage Cost
There is a monthly upkeep cost for each facility you build (-). Each use of the facility by your players, which may take an in-game week or two, also earns you money (+). As you raise the level of your facilities, these amounts also go up.

- There are 14 empty slots available (not including the Office building).
- You may see your player queue up for using the facilities when you set the graphics to the "Quality" setting.
